Terms of service

The agreement
These terms are an agreement between Number Seven Solutions Ltd ("we") and the business that buys a website or a service from WebSuite WDS ("you"). The person who accepts them confirms they may do so for that business.
Projects and quotations
Design work starts from a written quotation that says what we will build, what it costs and when it is due. Work beyond the quotation is quoted before it starts.
Care and services
Hosting, care and the services we run for you are paid monthly or yearly in advance, as agreed. They renew at the end of each period until you cancel; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Ad spend is paid into a prepaid wallet and is separate from our fee.
Your content
The words, pictures, records and lists you put on your site and in your workspace belong to you. You confirm you have the right to publish them. You give us permission to store, process and back them up only so that we can provide the service.
Design work
Once a project is paid for, you may use the site’s design and the files we made for you without limit. We may show the finished site as an example of our work unless you ask us not to.
Your domain
A domain we register for you is registered for your business. We keep it renewed while your service runs and help move it to the registrar you choose if you leave.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them and keeping their sign-in details private. Tell us straight away if you think an account has been misused.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to send messages people have not agreed to receive, to publish material you have no right to, or to probe, overload or get around the security of the service or of other workspaces.
Search and advertising
We work to make your site easy to find and your campaigns effective, but no one controls search rankings or ad platforms, and we do not promise a position or a number of enquiries.
Availability and changes
We work to keep sites available at all times, but we do not promise they will never be interrupted. We improve the service continually; we will not remove a feature you rely on without telling you first.
Suspension
If care is unpaid after reminders, your site may be taken offline after a grace period, telling you why; your records are kept for 12 months and can be exported.
Ending the service
You can end the service at any time. We export your content for you and help move your domain.
Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. Apart from what the law does not allow us to limit, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability in any year is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell account holders by email at least 30 days before a change that affects them takes effect.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, where Number Seven Solutions Ltd is registered. We will always try to settle a disagreement by talking first.
